I would like to inquire for my TIN Number for the purposes of applying on SSS Small Business Wage Subsidy which it is the main requirement. Apparently, I am not yet applying for an actual TIN ID and also my form which the TIN Number is indicated was left on the office due to sudden community quarantine. I also contacted BIR trunklines but all are not yet in service. Thank you.
