Thank you for your request dated Apr 14, 2023 04:33:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Copy of my 1701A files.

Response to Request

We have looked into your requested documents based on the best available data given the limited access and have found out that your 2021 and 2022 1701 have still net tax due and payable. Your 2020 and 2019 are subject to error handling since you erroneously placed year 2020 instead of 2019 in paying P941.00 tax due. Given the limitation of our access in the District and the process to be undertaken to error-hand/correct your 1701 returns, we advise you to transact with our office here in RDO 112 Tagum City as these are regular front line service. 

I have already reached you through your mobile number to explain these findings. Thank you very much and hope to have enlightened you on the matter.  

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Regional Director Esmeralda M. Tabule @rr_19@bir.gov.ph.
