Hi! I would like to get the copy of my BIR2316 form. I asked my previous employer to give at least a soft copy of my BIR 2316 but until now I still didn't get any response from them. I hope you could help me with this matter. Thank you!

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as the said document is yet to be filed next year.

On the other hand, please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your previous employer, If there is any, as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
