Sana po matulungan niyo po ako sa bagay na ito. Maaari ba akong magpa kuha o kumuha ng latest Tax Declaration mismo o magbayad ng amilyar kung ang dating may ari ng pinagbilhan ko ng lote ay hindi nakapagbayad sa mga huling taon before ko ipalakad at ipalipat ng titulo sa aking pangalan. TCT No. 035-2019004947 at TCT No. 035-2019002948. Tanong ko na rin po kung ang registered owner nito ay si Mary M. Returco?
