Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 19, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request

Per our phone conversation this morning, you were advised that such request can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR) of the latter according to Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
