Hi I would like to request for the copy of my 2022 1701 Email Tax Return Receipt Confirmation. I submitted my 1701 thru ebir form last April 4, 2023 but failed to keep the Tax Return Receipt Confirmation on my email ad. Now I would like to file for closure of registration due to end of contract of my job in DILG and was asked to provide the copy of Email Tax Return Receipt Confirmation. The officer said that I shall pay for a penalty if I cannot provide that confirmation receipt and would refuse to provide other means of retrieving that said receipt. I lack the means to pay atm. pls help
