Greetings! I would like to request for the following:

1. Income tax return of Loida Valerio Duran

Dear Ms. Duran,

I refer to my letter of Oct 24, 2021 03:45:50 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for ITR copy.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful if you could clarify to us what you really want to request, is it your ITR or your 2316.

If you are requesting for your ITR, kindly provide us the following details for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR did you file? what year?
-	Where did you file your ITR, 
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 17, 2022 04:21:20 AM, your request will be closed.
