Dear Ms. Caayohan:

I refer to my letter of Jul 05, 2023 05:04:40 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us and the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details:

1)	What Income Tax Return (ITR) Form did you filed? Is it BIR Form 1701 or BIR 
        Form 1701A?
2)    What is the Complete name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
3)	What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
4)	What Revenue District Office No. did you file your form 1701 or 1701A?
5)	Did you file online (eBIRForm facility) or over the counter?

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 28, 2023 01:02:08 AM, your request will be closed.
