Dear DOF: 

I would like to request the following data: 

a. Annual Tax Incentives Report (ATIR) for the years 2020-2022; and
b. Annual Benefits Report (ATIR) for the years 2020-2022.

I will use the data for our undergrad research on the implementation of global minimum tax (GMT) in the Philippines. Our research group will try to model GMT and how it will affect the revenue collection of PH towards multinational companies.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the following reason:
