I would like to request a copy of my ITR Form 2316 for 2021 and for 2022 up to current month for the purpose of my House Loan Application.

Dear Mr. Lauro Jr Pabalan:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form 2316.

In response to your request, If you are an employee with one employer and earning a purely compensation income regardless of the amount, you are qualified to "Substituted Filing" of Income Tax Return. 

Please be informed that you can request from your employer a copy of your BIR Form 2316 pursuant to Section 2.83 of Revenue Regulations No.  02-98 as amended which provides that “The employer shall furnish each employee with the original and duplicate copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.”.
