In reply, your tin number is currently registered under Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 59-Lipa City. If you need to change your tin registration, you may send an email at rdo_59css@bir.gov.ph with your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 (available at BIR website: www.bir.gov.ph) and two (2) valid I.D.s and request that your tin record/information be transferred to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
