I refer to my letter of Oct 17, 2023 08:43:51 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business from the period of January 2023? Or were you an employee (earning purely compensation income) from the period of January 2023?
