I would like to request for my latest ItR under oliver de guzman dela cruz also can you check for my tin because it seems like i have 2 tins? I am kinda confused.

Dear Mr. Dela Cruz:

I refer to my letter of May 18, 2023 05:59:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316.

In order to identify or locate the requested information, we are seeking for further clarification specifically:

Did you have a Registered Business between the period May 9, 2022 to May 18, 2023? Or were you an Individual Earning on Purely Compensation Income from the period May 9, 2022 to May 18, 2023?

Not Withstanding your answer to the query, did you file an your Income Tax Return for the cited period?

If you are an Employee for the period May 9, 2022 to May 18, 2023, your EMPLOYER is required to issue a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 to 2023 pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations No. 02-98, as amended which provides that “The EMPLOYER shall furnish each employee with the original copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.” As proof that your taxes were withheld. This will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR).

Kindly coordinate with your employer if you have not receive a copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 and 2023 (in case your employment with them has been terminated).

On your TIN issue, you may utilized Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.
