You asked for Zonal Value - San Jose del Monte Bulacan.

Dear Ms. Bañes:	
		
This is with reference to your email message dated June 28, 2023, regarding your request for the latest zonal value of Feliciano Subdivision, Barangay Muzon, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.  

Attached herewith is the schedule of zonal values for Feliciano Subdivision, Barangay Muzon, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, for your reference. 

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value; and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
