Hi,
I would like to know how to apply for or get Certificate of Entitlement to 5% tax credit. My PERA Administrator (BPI) has not provided me details on how can I get this tax credit. They always tell me that BIR has not provided any implementing procedure. I've been adding fund on my PERA for 3 years and I have yet to receive my tax credit.
If you can also refer me to PERA Processing Office officer to get clarification on this.
