Hi,

I would like to request for my BIR 2316 copy from January 2020 to September 2020 with my previous employer. I was given a copy of this but unfortunately I was able to give my original copy of 2316 to my current employer as part of my pre-employment requirements. I didn't have a copy left with me.

Dear Ms. Bacolot,

I refer to my letter of July 11, 2021, 10:53:40 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please provide us your employer’s TIN, business name & address,  and email it @ ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph, for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO.

However, you may also just ask for a xerox copy of this form from your current employer as this could easily be provided. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct. 01, 2021, 12:51:52 PM, your request will be closed.
