Hi Sir/Madam/ To whom it may concern, 

Good Morning.
I am Lara Mae de Leus from Santo Tomas, Batangas, humbly requesting to update my record on my transfer of RDO frm RDO34  to my hometown RDO 59. 

I have already sent requests with attached forms to both concerned RDO offices but i have not received an email for acknowledgement. For your assistance please.

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

On the other hand, you may visit the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO). Please bring any two of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity for validation purposes.
