I am a individual taxpayer but my employer files my yearly BIR2316 form on my behalf under substituted filing. I have a copy of my BIR 2316 form from my employer but it doesn't have a stamp/authentication. May I ask how will I be able to secure this document?

Thank you for your request dated Oct 10, 2022 02:41:22 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for How to secure a BIR 2316 Form w/ BIR Stamp/Authentication.

Response to Request

Per our phone conversation this afternoon, you were apprised to request from  LT Document Processing and Quality Assurance Division your stamped/certified true copy of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2021.

You may get in touch with them at (02) 8920-7549 and (02) 8920-7514. The office address is located at Room 214A National Office Building, Agham Road, Diliman Quezon City.

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the concerned office on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
