Your request You asked for Latest ITR. Response to your request Please be informed that as a minimum wage earner you are not required to file ITR, thus, you may just request Form 2316 from your employer as this is good as ITR. As mandated by law, every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
