For verification of salary loan monthly amortization ( if any) during employment with Allegro Micrsosytems Phils Inc. ( 2007-2010). I have an active loan from SSS which was not know to me til now 2021. Despit the fact that it should have been settled by the said Employer( AMPI) when i resigned.

Dear Mr. Cuevas,

I refer to my letter of Dec 16, 2021 07:54:38 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return 2010-2011.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file?
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 11, 2022 06:35:08 AM, your request will be closed.

Hi Ms. Ana Marie,

I was employed by Allegro Microsystems Philippines Incorporated from 2006 to 2010. I am not so sure what ITR have been filed during my employment at AMPI but i think it should be BIR Form 1700, ITR for employees. The Tax Collector normally goes to our company during filing of each ITR. Company is Located at Marimar Village, Bicutan, Parañaque City. Herein below is my TIN# for your reference. 
TIN# 226-016-448-000

I researched about RDO and since AMPI was situated in Parañaque, the code should be 052. 
If first employment is needed, i was employed first time in Mandaluyong by MuyBien Foods Corp - Jollibee Franchisee. RDO is 041.
