Hi, I would like to request the information regarding employment verification. I need my Income Tax Return from Year 2013 to Year 2019.

Dear Ms. Lee,

I refer to my letter of Jan 03, 2022, 11:18:06 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details (from 2013--2019) and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 29, 2022 09:48:47 PM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
