Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 27, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your BIR Form 2316

In response to your request, please be informed that you can request from your employer a copy of BIR Form 2316 pursuant to Section 2.83 of Revenue Regulations No.  02-98 as amended which provides that “The employer shall furnish each employee with the original and duplicate copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.”.

Hi BIR,

My apologies, the one I am requesting a copy is not the 2316 copy but an ITR copy for my own business. I am not an employee and I file my quarterly Income tax return through eBIR form. I hope you can send me a copy of my ITR . Thank you
