Hi All,

i would like to know if I can get a copy of my BIR 2316 form from 14 January 2019 - 31 December 2020? 

As of now, the copies I have is from 2021 and 2022. 

Although I have requested for this from my company, I would like to get a copy as soon as possible.

I refer to my letter of Jul 27, 2023 11:57:57 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Please be informed that the available records of documents in our BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) are from the Calendar Year/s 2020 and 2022, Since we follow strictly the four (4) year retention period based on existing revenue issuances of the BIR (Revenue Memorandum Circular 73-2008). It would be helpful to provide the RDO of the copy of received Annex F from your employer so they can certify. 

For other concern, kindly email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-970729409744, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 19, 2023 04:13:53 AM, your request will be closed.
