Hi, I would like to request a copy of my ITR from 2019-2021 for my Visa application.
I am a local government employee since 2019.

I refer to my letter of Nov 30, 2021 12:57:01 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for copy of BIR ITR 2316.
In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, kindly provide us your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address, from 2019-2020 and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information.
Moreover, please be informed that your BIR Form 2316 for 2021is yet to be filed next year, hence, we can not provide you the same. You may directly request this from your employer as they are the main source of the said document.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 23, 2022 08:04:39 AM, your request will be closed.
