Please be informed that your concern can be answered best by Revenue District Office (RDO), Attention: Document Processing Section having jurisdiction over the place or address of your employer or employers during the 10 year/s period. By writing a letter request, inquiring on the status of your tax remittances and to determine if your employer has been delinquent or not in the tax obligations of his or her employees. Thank you.
