Hello! May I please request a copy of my Income Tax Return or BIR 2316 from my previous employer!  These are as follows:

1. Sweda Systems Inc. May 2009 - Apr 2011
2. Castletown Global Inc. Apr 2013 - Oct 2013
3. Infor PSSC Inc. Nov 2013 - Mar 2016
4. Imfree Inc. July 2016 - August 2020

I refer to my letter of Jun 06, 2023 08:52:12 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, please be informed that your request for a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2020 was been endorsed to Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 44-Taguig/Pateros for appropriate action.

They will get in touch with you once the copy of your BIR Form 2316 becomes available.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 30, 2023 06:34:07 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
