Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 23, 2022 03:33:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You Request for Income Tax Return (ITR).

We called your contact information today (June 24, 2022 at 8:46 A.M) to apprised you and/or clarify some details and information on your request for ITR that will be use for visa application purpose.

You are informed to proceed with our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 54A-Trece Martirez City and seek for assistance from our Revenue Officers from the ONETT Section to help you compute and come up with your much needed ITR for visa purpose. 

Filing of BIR Form 1701 and payment of taxes due thereon, if any, beyond April 15 is subject to penalties provided under the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended.
