Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. You may coordinate with the Local Government Unit (LGU) to verify the authenticity of the Tax Declaration and Registry of Deeds for the authenticity/legitimacy of the Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) as the aforesaid documents are within their respective office jurisdiction.
