Hello po. Dati po akong Job Order nag file po ako ng closure last April 2019. Hanggang ngayon po hindi padin nakukuha yung tax clearance dahil may error daw po. Hindi ako makapag apply ng housing loan gawa ng may pending pa po. Ano po ba dapat gawin? Nakailang update na po kasi ako sa BIR RDO 050. 

Eto po ang aking tin number. 717-249-720

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

Also, I have noticed that you were not able to comply with the basic requirements for your eFOI request to be processed. Please attach scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government I.Ds containing your birthdate, photograph and signature.

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.

On the other hand, you may just visit the  BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) 50, to personally follow up your tax clearance. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity.
