Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 06, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Certified True Copy of ITR (BIR Form 1901).

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information for 2022 Income Tax Return (ITR) you have requested. Based on  the BIR Integrated Tax System you are registered as Professional and the filing of your Annual ITR is your personal obligation and not by your employer. We were also informed (per our phone conversation - June 7)  that you have not yet filed your Annual ITR for Calendar Year 2022.

We strongly recommend to visit the ONETT Section of  Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 01- Laoag City located at A. Castro Avenue, Brgy. 7A, Laoag City for assistance on the computation of your Annual ITR. Kindly bring your contract (if applicable) to determine your income for the calendar year 2022 and your Certificate of Registration (COR).
