As a taxpayer of this country Republic of the Philippines, I want to educate myself of tax compliance by studying the rights and remedies in the collections functions of BIR. The Annex "A" of RMO 28-2012 is not available on your BIR website.
Please provide me a written response copy in accordance with BIR Citizens Charter but not later than within three (3) working days from the receipt of this request pursuant to the provisions of R.A. No. 11032 Section 9(b)(1).

Thank you for your request dated Feb 23, 2020 05:00:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annex "A" of RMO No. 28-2012 Updated and Consolidated Collection Manual.
In reply, respectfully, you are right that it is not available at our website due to the following reasons: it is not anymore relevant and updated (8 years outdated) and it is 1,000 pages inclusive of the obsolete Internal and External BIR Forms which can mislead the public. However, if you need said Annex since there is no soft copy and we need to photocopy it from the BIR Library. In addition, if it is photocopied are you picking it up at our office at the QC Main Office?

his has reference to my requested Annex "A" of RMO No. 28-2012. In reply, please be informed that my office is located here in Ologapo City. Thus, it is inconvenient and costly for me to visit the BIR office in QC Main Office. However, it is respectfully and humbly requested to send this requested document to my registered address at No. 2- 9th Street East Tapinac, Olongapo City. I am willing to pay the freight cost, if any.
