Hi, I would like to request for my Tin Id. It's one of the requirements for my employment and any help would be muchly appreciated!

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 25, 2024 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for To request my Tin Id.

Response to your request

In reply, to get a TIN Card, you may visit the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered and submit the following requirements:

1. Duly accomplished BIR Form No. 1905-Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation;
2. 1 copy of 1x1 ID Picture (to be pasted on the TIN Card in the presence of BIR Personnel);
3. Any government Issued ID of the taxpayer.

You may also apply for your BIR Digital TIN ID which is available in the Online Registration and update System (ORUS) at the https://orus.bir.gov.ph.
