Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my BIR Certificate of Exemption from Filing of ITR and Certificate of Tax Exemption which I will be using as one of the requirements for the scholarship application of my son.
I hope I can get an update from you because their deadline is on the last week of November.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.
