Dear Mr. Asuncion:

I refer to my letter of Jul 30, 2023 02:42:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR).

We called your mobile number today, August 4, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

Relative to your request, kindly provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for us to verify your registration with the BIR and at the same time the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered.

Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-995887296576, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 27, 2023 01:02:54 AM, your request will be closed.
