Hope you are doing well. 

I am writing through this website to request and hopefully receive a copy of my BIR 2316 form. This is for the purpose of submitting one of the employment requirements for my new employer. The deadline is tomorrow March 30, 2023.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 29, 2023 10:09:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for a copy of your BIR Form No.  2316 for the Calendar Year 2022.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, March 29, and apprised you to coordinate with the HR Department of your former employer and request for a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 if you did not receive a copy.

"ALL EMPLOYERS WITH EMPLOYEES, WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE MINIMUM WAGE EARNERs (MWEs), ARE REQUIRED TO ISSUE BIR FORM NO. 2316.

BIR FORM NO. 2316 SHOULD BE ISSUE ON OR BEFORE JANAURY 31 FOLLOWING THE CALENDAR YEAR, OR, IF THE EMPLOYEE IS TERMINATED BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR YEAR, ON THE DAY THE LAST SALARY OF THE EMPLOYEE IS PAID".
