Hi! I would like to request the following information:

1. Total number of registered Bakery and Pastry businesses In the province of Rizal (CALABARZON) in the years 2020, 2021, 2022

2. Total revenue and income data of Bakery and pastry businesses in the province of Rizal (CALABARZON) in the years 2020, 2021, 2022

3, Consumer statistics in consumption of Bakery and Pastry products in the province of Rizal (CALABARZON) in the years 2020, 2021, 2022

All the information requested will only be used for business research and development.

I refer to my letter of Nov 03, 2023 04:15:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bakery and Pastry Businesses in Rizal province.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following:

1. Specific place in Rizal Areas (we have 2 Revenue District Office that has jurisdiction over the Rizal Area);
2. Specifically the registration of taxpayers per RDO is based on the Philippine Standard Industrial Classification (PSIC);
3. Kindly state the specific purpose of your research or your request for data information per FOI Manual;
4. We also need Indorsement Letter from your teacher/professor regarding your request per FOI Manual.
