Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2023 01:49:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR Certificate of Registration Certified True Copy.

Response to Request

If you need a Certified True Copy (CTC) of your Certificate of Registration (COR) or BIR Form 2303, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of the business/company/organization.

Kindly bring the original and photocopy of BIR Certificate 

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
