I would just like to verify my TIN Number and what RDO it is registered to. Also, I would like to ask a copy of my latest BIR Form 2316 duly signed by the BIR.

Kindly advise on the process.

You asked for RDO Verification and Copy of Signed BIR Form 2316.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.
In this regard, to personally verify your RDO, we highly advise you to call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02)85383200, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. Furthermore, you may also try using the BIR Mobile TIN Verifier App by downloading this link: (https://play.google.com/store/apps./details?id=com.bir.birrr6manila&&hl=en&gl=US) or thru the App Store for IOS users.

You may also visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to personally verify your TIN. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity. Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012

On the other hand, if you need the BIR Form 2316, you may just directly request the BIR Form 2316 from your previous employer as they are the main source of this document and it is also mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
