In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. <Please provide us your fullname, TIN and date of birth>. In particular, it would be helpful to know <if BIR Form 1700 (Annual Income TAx Return) has been filed during the period because for taxpayers earning purely compensation, substituted filing is an option, provided requisites have met, thus no ITR is necessary but BIR Form 2316 would suffice. If thats the case, said 2316 will be requested at NODC-BIR National Office considering that employers are required to submit the same online..>.
