Thank you for your request dated Feb 15, 2023 11:06:01 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, February 15, and apprised on the following:

1. There is a need to update your Taxpayer Registration from Local Employee to Job Order Contract (on your employment tenure this 2022);
2. There is a need to transfer your Revenue District Office (RDO) Code from RDO 28-Novaliches to RDO 25A-West Bulacan (having jurisdiction over the place of your residence);
3. Being employed/hired as a Food Panda Delivery Rider (Self-Employed Professional) for Taxable Year 2021, you should have file your Income Tax Return either BIR Form 1701 or BIR Form 1701A.
4. You may asked the RDO Concerned to recompute your Income Tax Return for the year 2021 provided surcharges and interest will also be imposed.
