Hi. I am writing this request to ask who should I contact so that I can transfer my RDO code from 54A to 24B which is Cavite City since my new employer requires my RDO to match my current address. I need to make a request/process the transfer from the old RDO which is in Cavite City and I am currently residing at Bulacan. And in light of the situation is there any way that I can change my RDO without coming directly to the said Branch of BIR. Please let me know what to do next. Thank you.
