You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316.

Response to your request

In reply, please be informed that you as a requesting party shall attach two (2) valid government issued I.D.s in your request as proof of your identity.

On your Request, please be informed that BIR Form No.  
2316 issued for Calendar Year 2020 to 2022 can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return  per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
