Dear Mr. Lorenz Angelo:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 15, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for TIN VERIFICATION.

You request/asked for a Verification of RDO Code.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.

We have five (5) RDOs located in Davao City namely:

1. RDO No. 112-Tagum, Davao Del Norte- Provincial Capitol Compound mankilam, Tagum City, Davao del Norte;
2. RDO No. 113A-West Davao City -Bolton Extension, Davao City;
3. RDO No. 113B-East davao City - Bolton Extension, Davao City; 
4. RDO No. 114-Mati, Davao Oriental - Gomez Street, Mati City; and
5. RDO No. 115-Digos, Davao del Sur - Almyrs Building, Estrada 2nd St., Zone II, Digos City.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
