Thank you for your request dated Jul 12, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a BIR Confirmation/Slip.

Your request for a BIR Confirmation Slip has been denied due to the following:

1. For lack/Non-Compliance of I.D Given - In accordance to Section 13.4 of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for Bureau of Internal Revenue.' and

2. If you are referring to BIR Tin Verification Slip in lieu of the BIR Confirmation Slip, please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

We hereby encourage you to to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.
