Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 03, 2022 04:14:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Request Income Tax Return (BIR Form 2316) for Calendar Year 2022.

Response to Request

We would like to inform you, that your request for your BIR form 2316 can’t be processed because BIR 2316 Forms for the taxable year 2022 are only to be submitted  by your employer to the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) on February 2023.
 
If you wish to have a copy of your latest BIR form 2316 year 2021, please visit the  RDO where your Employer is Registered and fill-out FOI request form and present your identification card together with your request letter.

Also, this would require a certification fee of 100 pesos and 1 documentary stamp worth 30pesos for each copy that you can pay thru the Revenue Collection Officer of the district office.
