Please be informed we called your mobile number today, January 24 but to no avail. Your provided Tax Identification Number (TIN) was already cancelled by Revenue District Office (RDO) 74 - Iloilo City. Upon verification you had a new TIN number. You may get in touch with Revenue District Office (RDO) no. 40 - Cubao. This is where your TIN is registered and not in RDO 126.

For further assistance, you may get in touch with the Client Support Section (CSS) of RDO No. 40 at (02) 8863-40-89 and (02)8863-40-74 or visit them at 5th Floor (roof deck) FISHER MALL, Quezon Avenue cor. Roosevelt Junction, Quezon City.
