Good day!:) I hope you can help us. We need to know if BIR Regulation 8-93 Effective Date Jan 29 1993 is still relevant. If not, what is the most up to date regulation? Can you guide us how to implement that here in San Miguel, Bulacan? Including forms and offices to submit documents, etc. 

I attended this seminar before conducted by NCDA about employing PWDs. We want to act on it now.  This is in line with the NDPR Week celebration and to implement one of the focus areas of the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025 in the Philippines which is Employment/Livelihood of Persons with Disabilities. Thx.
