Response to Request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Kindly coordinate with your employer for a copy of your duly accomplished BIR Form 1902 (for sure po meron silang receiving copy). Because your employer submits the printed eREG Confirmation Page and BIR Form 1902 together with the complete documentary requirements to the designated registration counter of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered.
