Hi! I am currently residing outside the Philippines and I would like to request a copy of my previous ITR Form since 2014-2021 it is needed for the requirements for our PR visa.

Dear Ms. De Villa:
I refer to my letter of Nov 21, 2023 05:51:56 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for previous ITR Forms.
This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-011862899062, for the Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return.
After careful consideration, copies of Income Tax Return (ITR) can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the same was filed and/or submitted or to the RDO where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered. You just have to submit a Signed Letter Request for the purpose. However, if you are referring to BIR Form No. 2316, the same shall have to be requested from your EMPLOYER since the same is the One Mandated by Law to Prepare and Provide to the Concerned Employee/s pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008.
For BIR Form No. 2316, please be informed that the available records of documents available at the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are from Calendar Year (s) 2020 up to 2022.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 14, 2024 03:33:48 AM, your request will be closed.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since the report submitted by your previous employer does not include your name. You may request for a certification from your previous employer with regard to the compensation granted to you.

Your right to request a review
