Thank you for your request dated Jun 14, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for TIN VERIFICATION/COR/TIN ID.

In response to your request, you may visit the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 23B-South Nueva Ecija located at Maharlika Highway, Sumacab Sur, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija on your request for TIN Verification.

Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.
